    The complimentary tequila tour was the highlight.

    The service at the cave restaurant was egregiously slow. We had to call the servers repeatedly, as they never approached our table. The hotel lacks essential facilities like a convenience store for snacks and drinks.

    A combination of hits and misses

    The setting is enchanting and our barrel room was quite cozy and beautiful. The friendly staff was great, while the complimentary tequila tour was a good highlight.

    Sadly, the air conditioning was problematic. The hotel itself felt neglected with cleanliness issues and a less-than-ideal pool environment.

    The hotel offers a lot of food that was outstanding! I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are very amiable and helpful. The location is stunning and great and right by the Carlos Santana triple distilled tequila which is distilled there, the center of the city and a lovely pond. Also, the venue is located 1 mile away from Museum Grandparents.

    I had an absolute blast sleeping in a barrel room! The rustic charm was amazing and every corner was a picture-perfect moment. Plus, the tequila tour was not only fun but informative, a must-do for any tequila lover!

    This place was just a top selection for a cursory stop in Tequila with fantastic value. The ducks wandering around added a quirky charm to our stay. Make sure to arrange transportation in advance to avoid issues getting to town.

    good stay with room for improvement

    The room we had was modern and very comfortable. The toiletries exceeded what I expected for a hotel. I appreciated the frequent tours and tastings, as they almost always had one available. I found little spots on the hotel for cute photo opportunities next to the barrels .

    The restaurant was hard to locate.

    would consider staying here again

    We slept in a beautiful room with a comfy bed, a minibar, and a private bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool was nice. The breakfast featured delicious options and we loved the tequila tour. Super friendly staff added to the experience. The view of the surrounding distillery was unique and charming.

    Perfect for a couple seeking adventure

    The on-site tequila tour was a blast, Joel was an amazing guide, and we were sampling tequila right from the start. Also, the cave restaurant had great live music and honestly, the food was delicious, we even kept going back for more drinks.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, still acceptable.
